Karen A. Clark serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing Product Digital for City National Bank. Clark also serves as the Multicultural Strategy and Business Dev. Manager at City National Bank, as well as a member of the CEO’s DEI task force.
In this role, Clark develops marketing and business development strategies to serve clients from diverse communities. Internally, she launched the bank’s first enterprise-wide mentoring program; the first digital and business influencer campaign; and the unconscious bias training program.
Clark manages the bank’s 10 ERGs; which produce an average of 60 programs annually to advance and enhance cultural education; inclusion and belonging.
Clark is a corporate member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, Asian Business Association and the Crenshaw Chamber of Commerce.
In 2022, Clark received the Shirley Chisolm award from the National Congress of Black Women.
Clark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Sacramento; Columbia Business School’s digital marketing program 2019; Harvard Business School’s strategic marketing management program 2016.
