Julie Spencer Washington is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Trinity Health.
In this role, Washington is responsible for strategic marketing, brand building, demand creation and digital communication.
Prior to Trinity, Washington was the Chief Marketing Officer at Champion Petfoods, makers of the “world’s best pet food”, ORIJEN and ACANA.
In this role, Washington was responsible for driving consumer demand, building brand awareness and increasing market share in more than 80 countries.
Prior to joining Champion, Washington was President of Talbott Teas and Chief Brand Officer for Jamba Juice.
In this role, she was responsible for the strategic development and management of Jamba’s marketing and communication programs, the growth and expansion of Jamba’s Consumer Products Division and the leadership of the company’s newest acquisition, Talbott Teas.
Washington serves on the Boards of Women Helping Women and Union Institute & University.
Washington holds a double Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Psychology from Emory University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington University.
