Senior Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion
Weber Shandwick

Judith Harrison, a tireless advocate for the advancement of women and people of color, leads diversity and inclusion (D&I) at Weber Shandwick. She drives programs designed to embed D&I into the agency’s culture and work by building a multicultural workforce empowered to thrive in an inclusive environment.

Judith guided the creation of the PRWeek/PR Council Diversity Distinction in PR Awards and led Weber Shandwick to honors in 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016, as well as recognition with the 2016 PR News Diversity Heroes Award as an Organization of the Year.

In 2018, Judith served as President of the PRSA Foundation and as President, which she remains, of New York Women in Communications, the leading professional organization for women in every communications discipline. Judith is the first woman of color to hold either position, and she is the first individual to hold both simultaneously.

As President of the PRSA Foundation, Judith led the creation of Diverse Voices: Profiles in Leadership, a groundbreaking book featuring interviews with 40+ multicultural public relations leaders designed to help communications leaders and professionals better understand the challenges faced by communications professionals of diverse backgrounds.
