Joyce M. Roché was President and Chief Operating Officer of Girls Inc., a nonprofit organization that focuses on giving confidence to girls. Before Girls Inc., Roché was President and Chief Operating Officer of Carson, Inc., a national nonprofit research, education, and advocacy organization.
Previously, Roché was the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing for Carson. Prior to Carson, Roché worked as an independent management and marketing consultant from 1998 to 2000. From 1996 to 1998, Roché held various senior marketing positions, including Vice President of Global Marketing for Avon Products, Inc.
Roché serves as a Chair of the Board of Trustees at Dillard University and is an alumnus of Stanford University’s prestigious Senior Executive Program.
Roché holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math Education from Dillard University, an MBA in
Marketing from Columbia University; and Honorary Doctorates from Dillard University and North Adams State College.
