Joyce A. Rogers is Vice President of US & Canada Policy and Public Affairs at Pfizer. She leads a team responsible for a wide array of pharmaceutical policy and public affairs matters. Rogers has over twenty-five years of government affairs, policy, and regulatory experience.

Prior to Pfizer, Rogers was the Chief Government Affairs Officer and served on the executive leadership team at Advocate Aurora Health (AAH), one of largest integrated health care systems in the U.S. Before AAH, Rogers worked as AARP’s Senior Vice President of Government Affairs where she led a team responsible for federal, state, and local government relations.

Prior to AARP, Rogers was a partner at Williams & Jensen, PLLC. She began her legal career at Verner Liipfert Bernhard McPherson and Hand. Before law school, Rogers worked for Congressman Steny Hoyer.

Rogers serves on the Board of Directors of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, the Franklin Center for Global Policy Exchange, and the Conservation Nation.

Rogers earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her undergraduate degree from Williams College. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar.
