Huntington Bancshares Inc. Chief Financial Officer of Leggett & Platt, a multi-billion dollar diversified global manufacturer that conceives, designs and produces a wide range of engineered components found in a variety of products for homes, automobiles, offices and airplanes.
In this role, Tate leads the Global Finance, Business Intelligence, and Investor Relations organizations. Prior to joining Leggett, Jeff served as VP and Business CFO for Dow’s largest operating segment, Packaging & Specialty Plastics, with annual revenue of $24 billion.
Tate serves on the Executive Advisory Council of North Carolina A&T’s College of Business and Economics and previously served on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) Standing Advisory Group.
Tate is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
