Janice Robinson Burns is Group Head of Global Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness in Global Human Resources and is Chief Learning Officer for MasterCard Worldwide.

In this role, Robinson Burns is responsible for the design and implementation of employee learning and development programs globally and development of frameworks to advance managerial capabilities and effectiveness. Robinson Burns is also accountable for providing thought leadership for change management and business unit transformation projects while ensuring an effective linkage to MasterCard’s talent development platform.

Prior to joining MasterCard, Robinson Burns worked at Chemical Bank in New York as Assistant Vice President, Consumer Acquisitions Product Manager. In this position, she was responsible for increasing the retail bank’s mass-market customer base through the development and delivery of acquisition, usage and retention programs.

Robinson Burns is a past recipient of the Harlem YMCA National Salute to Black Achievers in Industry Award.

Robinson Burns holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
