Janet Marzett is the Vice President of Operations Americas for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, a division of the global automotive company Daimler AG.
In this role, Marzett leads more than 500 people in five countries and is responsible for all operational functions, including customer service and
collections. She is also a member of the company’s Americas Region executive leadership team.
Marzett began her career working in administrative positions and advanced to roles of increasing responsibility across many business functions
during her 36-year tenure with the company. Her notable roles have included Vice President of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Customer Service, Collections and Remarketing for the U.S. and Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services.
Marzett’s commitment to diversity and inclusion are a trademark of her accomplished career and she is currently a member of the Daimler AG Global Diversity Council. In 2015, she was honored as “Executive of the Year” at the 19th Annual Urban Wheel Awards in Detroit, MI. Marzett is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women.
Marzett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from The University of Texas.
