James C. Johnson was General Counsel for Loop Capital Market, LLC. Johnson has extensive experience in executive management in numerous leadership positions during his career that encompasses a number of industries including aerospace, defense and financial services. Johnson has expertise in a wide range of areas including risk management; compliance, legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory affairs and compensation skills.
Prior to the General Counsel position that he retired from in 2013, Johnson held a number of senior leadership positions during his tenure at Boeing, an aerospace and defense company. The positions that Johnson held included: Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel from 2003 to 2007, and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Commercial Airplanes from 2007 to 2009.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
