Ike Harris is Vice President of the Global Planning and Fulfillment organization with Cisco Systems, the worldwide technology leader that has been making the Internet work since 1984. Their people, products, and partners help society securely connect and seize tomorrow’s digital opportunity.

Leading the Global Planning and Fulfillment team, Ike is responsible for Integrated Business Planning for all Cisco hardware and software products to optimize Cisco’s business performance and customer satisfaction through fulfillment excellence. Primary focus areas include enabling sales opportunities, managing new product transitions, supply chain flexibility, and inventory management.

Prior to his current role, Ike held Global leadership positions with both Cisco and HP and spent nine years of his career living in Asia.

Ike is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace and has made a career of creating opportunities and making positive change.

Ike holds a seat on Howard University’s Business School Advisory Board and is an active member of the Executive Leadership Council.

Ike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Chicago, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an MBA from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
