Howard E. Woolley is President of Howard Woolley Group, LLC, a government relations, public policy, regulatory risk, and diversity, equity and inclusion advisory firm serving technology and wireless industry corporations.
Woolley had a successful 20-year career with Verizon, serving as SVP Wireless Policy and Strategic Alliances, SVP Federal and State Government Affairs.
During his tenure with Verizon, Woolley was instrumental in the creation and expansion of Verizon Wireless, heading federal and state government affairs, public policy and regulatory matters.
Woolley serves on the boards of trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine and Syracuse University. He has served on the boards of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), National Urban League, and Unidos US.
Woolley holds a B.S. degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Master of Administrative Sciences degree in Business Administration and Management from Johns Hopkins University.
