Herman Bulls is Vice Chairman, Americas for JLL, an international real estate investment and services firm. He provides thought leadership, strategic guidance and perspective to senior level executives for improving organizational performance through real estate. He founded and led the firm’s highly successful Public Institutions business unit, which provides service to governments, colleges and universities.
During his 29+ years at JLL, Bulls has worked in the areas of development, investment management, asset management, facilities operations and business development/retention. He also founded Bulls Advisory Group, LCC, a management and real estate advisory firm.
Bulls serves on the boards of USAA, Comfort Systems USA, West Point AOG, Rasmussen, Inc., NY State Teacher’s Retirement System Real Estate Advisory and the Military Bowl. He is on the Board of Governors for the American Red Cross. He has received several industry honors and was recently named a 100 Top Director for 2017 by the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Bulls received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from West Point and a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from Harvard Business School. He retired as a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
