Gregg Knight serves as Senior Advisor, Digital Transformation at Boston Consulting Group. He provides guidance to large businesses and key executives around maximizing operational efficiencies, technology innovation and profit.
Previously, Knight served as Executive Vice President of Customer Transformation and Business Services at CenterPoint Energy having Chief Executive and P&L responsibility for CenterPoint’s retail competitive businesses.
In this role, Knight was responsible for leading CenterPoint’s corporate enterprise business services across marketing, brand, supply chain and CX for the company’s energy and utility business. Under his leadership, CenterPoint achieved consecutive #1 national industry rankings in customer satisfaction, brand trust and tech platform implementation.
Knight received his Bachelor’s in American Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. He has also received an advanced learning certificate from Rice University’s Graduate Business School.
