Gina Miller is Senior Vice President, U.S. West Region for JAMS.
In this role, Miller directs operations in California, Washington and Nevada, focusing on new business ventures, marketing and strategic initiatives, with a key objective of delivering a superior client experience. She chairs the regional advisory committee, which works to enhance panel recruitment and overall panel relations, and is co-chair of the national operations committee on the implementation of policies. Miller is also a board member of JAMS’ DE&I Committee, providing leadership on panel diversity initiatives.
Since joining JAMS in 1989, Gina Miller has become a respected figure in the legal and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) community.
Miller was appointed by the California State Bar to its Committee on ADR. She also co-chaired the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution’s ADR Practice Management, Business and Skills Development Committee and serves as a Council Member of ABA Section of Dispute Resolution.
Miller received an MBA in General Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and earned her B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach. She also attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business for an executive management program.
