Gail Sharps Myers serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Denny’s Corporation.
As a member of the executive leadership team of this public company, Gail is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance, risk management, regulatory and brand protection functional areas.
Gail serves as a Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Audit Committee, for AquaBounty Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company.
Gail also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Women’s Foodservice Forum, an organization focused on advancing women leaders in the Food Industry.
During her career Gail has led the legal, human resources, compliance, enterprise risk management, governance, government affairs and real estate functions.
Gail received her B.A. degree in Political Science in 1993 from Howard University, her MBA in 2010 at W.P. Carey School of Business, and her Juris Doctor in 1997 from Washington College of Law, The American University.
