Frederica M. Williams is President and Chief Executive Officer of Whittier Street Health Center in Boston. Prior to joining Whittier, she served as the Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Dimock Center.
Williams is a member of the Board of Trustees of Dana Farber Cancer Institute, the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and Boston Health Net.
Williams attended the London School of Accountancy, passed the examinations of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Financial Administrators, (United Kingdom) (ICSA) and of the Institute of Administrative Management (United Kingdom), with distinction, and was elected a Fellow of the ICSA in 2000.
Williams received a graduate certificate in Administration and Management from the Harvard University Extension School and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Anna Maria College.
