Frank Brown serves as Chief People Officer for the Pharmacy, Consumer, and Wellness business within CVS Health.
In this role, Frank is responsible for the vision, strategy, and management of human resources governing the more than 200,000 colleagues.
Frank is passionate about fostering a culture of belonging, of inclusive leadership that supports diverse candidates and perspectives, and one that powers CVS Health’s innovative and customer-centric mindset.
Before joining CVS Health, Frank led human resources for pharmaceutical giant Novartis Pharmaceutical’s Global Corporate Functions. Based out of the company’s Asia region based in Singapore followed by its headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, Frank held strategic responsibility for all aspects of human resource management across multiple countries and global functions. In addition to Novartis, Frank’s foundation in human resources spans more than 20 years of leadership at global companies including Nike, Hilti, and Nestle.
Frank holds a B.A. degree in Business and Sociology from Paine College, a Master of Business Administration from Texas Southern University, and is currently completing his dissertation on a Master of Laws focused on Corporate Governance from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
