Felecia Pryor is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for BorgWarner Inc.
In this role, Pryor is responsible for all aspects of human resources for BorgWarner employees around the globe, including: compensation and benefits, talent management, labor, and employment.
Prior to joining BorgWarner in October 2018, Pryor held a number of global leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, most recently as Global Human Resources Director – Global Personnel, Organization & Planning. Before that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Ford ASEAN (Bangkok, Thailand) and Human Resources Director Ford Asia Pacific (Nanjing, China).
In addition to her roles with Ford, during her career Pryor held a number of roles with increasing responsibility with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Ford Financial, and Republic Waste Services.
Pryor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from Valdosta State University, a Master of Arts degree in public administration from Florida Atlantic University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.
Pryor is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
