Eyitayo “Tee” St. Matthew-Daniel is Partner and Deputy Co-Chair, Antitrust Practice Group for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Tee is an experienced counselor and litigator who advises major global companies on a wide range of antitrust and competition issues.

A former counsel to the Assistant Attorney General (AAG) and assistant chief in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, Tee leverages her experiences in government and in private practice to counsel clients on business strategies and to help them navigate heightened scrutiny in antitrust enforcement.

As assistant chief, Tee supervised and prosecuted matters related to key enforcement priorities, including international cartel and labor enforcement.

Tee also served as acting director of the Procurement Collusion Strike Force, leading a coordinated interagency response to procurement-related antitrust violations.

Earlier, Tee served as counsel to the Division’s AAG, where she advised on enforcement in highly regulated industries. In 2022, the DOJ awarded Tee the John Hughes Award for Excellence in Cartel Enforcement.

Tee earned her B.A. degree from the University of Cambridge and her LL.M. from Harvard Law.
