Erika T. Davis is Senior Vice President & Chief of Staff of Owens & Minor, a global healthcare services company.
In this role, Davis is responsible for assisting the President & Chief Executive Officer in developing strategy and ensuring collaboration among the senior leaders in pursuit of the company’s most important strategic initiatives.
The highest ranking woman at Owens & Minor, Davis also works closely with the company’s board of directors. Davis also leads the areas of Communications, Client Engagement, Community Relations, and Program Management. She also founded and leads the company’s award-winning training facility, Owens & Minor University.
Davis also spent more than a decade as the company’s Human Resources leader, serving the needs of nearly 8,000 teammates worldwide. She continues to advocate for the well-being of Owens & Minor’s teammates and enjoys mentoring young professionals. Davis currently serves her community on the board of the VCU Massey Cancer Center and the University of Richmond’s Executive Advisory Council.
Davis is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Richmond and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
