Erica Lovett serves as the North America Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Cartier. She is the first diversity and inclusion leader to join the company and is responsible for all aspects of D&I within and outside of the luxury Maison.
In this role, Erica works collaboratively with the Executive Committee to develop strategic initiatives that support the internal company culture and employee experience, alongside external priorities that integrate D&I into brand marketing and communications, events, client experience, corporate development, and community engagement.
Prior to Cartier, Erica served as the Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Condé Nast.
Erica supports the development of people and brands with a laser focus on strengthening inclusion, cultural engagement, and social impact.
Erica has been recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the Top 50 leaders in Entertainment and The Root 100’s Most Influential African Americans. She sits on the Board of Cartier Philanthropy and the Associate Board of Oliver Scholars. Erica is passionate about environmental conservation and is an avid supporter of the U.S. National Parks.
Erica holds a B.A. in History from Connecticut College.
