Erica J. Bolden serves as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA). In this role, Erica oversees internal and external relationships and designs strategies to attract, develop and advance the most talented individuals in support of Daimler’s commitment to foster a diverse workforce and inclusive environment. This includes ensuring that employment, dealer development, training, marketing and media, purchasing and philanthropic outreach activities are implemented in ways that direct and uphold the strategic direction of the company’s local and national diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining MBUSA, Erica was the Director of Diversity for Perkins Coie LLP, where she focused on critical intervention strategies impacting more than 1,000 lawyers in 19 offices across the U.S. and Asia.
Erica is also a 10-year veteran of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP (PwC), where she most recently served as the National Diversity Programs Senior Manager in the National Office of Diversity. In that role, Erica planned and managed signature earlier minority success programs and special projects to strengthen retention and advancement strategies.
Erica earned a B.A. in Speech Communications and a B.A. in Spanish from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
