Prior to Iron Mountain, Greene served as Chief Human Resources Officer at FactSet Research Systems; served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Voya Financial; and spent
13 years at Fidelity Investments.
Greene is President of the Board of Trustees for the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and sits on the Advisory Board of the Black Trustees Alliance for Art Museums. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Advisors of Eastern Bank.
Greene is a graduate of Tufts University and University of Virginia Law School.
