Ed Dandridge is Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of AIG General Insurance. He leads the global organization that markets and distributes products and services to commercial clients, individual customers and distribution networks; and manages AIG’s brand, sponsorships and partnerships.
A recognized thought leader on customer experience, data-driven audience measurement, and reputational risk, Ed’s industry experience spans financial services, information services, insurance and media sectors.
Prior to AIG, Ed was Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Marsh & McLennan Companies. Previously, Ed served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The National Association of Investment Companies. Earlier in his career, Ed held leadership positions at Nielsen and ABC.
Ed is a member of The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s Economic & Community Advisory Council. He serves on the Penn Law Alumni Society Board of Managers and a member of the Executive Leadership Council and chairs its Marketing Committee. Ed was the 2018 recipient of The CMO Award for Customer Experience.
Ed holds a B.A. from Tufts University, with honors, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
