Ebonee Davis Ifeobu serves as Vice President, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Bridgestone Americas, the U.S.-based subsidiary of Bridgestone Corporation, a global leader in tires and rubber, building on its expertise to provide solutions for safe and sustainable mobility.
In this role, Ebonee leads the strategy for DE&I and partners with both internal and external stakeholders to drive equitable access. She also, leads a talented team of professionals across the United States and Latin America that support enterprise initiatives to help cultivate an environment where teammates are free to be there best selves.
Ebonee is a native of the southside of Chicago, Illinois. What defines her is not the summation of her credentials but the summation of her character. She values hard work and giving back to the community through time, talents and treasures and actively works to employ those values. She is currently on the Junior Achievement Board for Nashville, volunteers at church and a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
Ebonee received a M.H.R.I.R focused on Human Resources from University of Illinois- School of Labor and Employment Relations and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois.
