Earl L. Shipp served as Dow’s Vice President, US Gulf Coast Operations from November 2010 to September 30, 2017.
In this role, Shipp was responsible for more than a third of its global asset base and the US Gulf Coast operations.
During his 36 years at Dow, Shipp gained additional non-executive international experience during time in the Middle East, where he served on a number of the Dow JV boards; as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of EQUATE Petrochemical Company, headquartered in Kuwait; and Vice Chairman of the Board of M.E. Global BV, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Shipp serves on the board of directors of CHI St. Luke’s Health Systems, Texas Taxpayer and Research Association and The Economic Development Alliance of Brazoria County.
Shipp has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University and completed the Executive Education Program at Indiana State University School of Business.
