Douglas Edwards is Senior Vice President, Workplace Experience, HR Shared Solutions, Real Estate, Workplace Services, Aviation for Humana.
In this role, Edwards is responsible for enterprise workplace experience delivery which includes the human resources call center, associate relations and solutions, workplace strategy, facilities and construction management, aviation operations, transactions and lease administration, and a number of workplace services to ensure that Humana’s workplace environment is a strategic enabler to supporting the growth of the organization.
Previously Edwards served as Managing and Regional Director for Jones Lang LaSalle’s account with Bank of America where he led an organization of 80+ professionals and oversaw all real estate operations in 14 Midwestern states and Canada. He also served as the Retail Project Management Platform Director.
Edwards serves on the Board of Directors for the Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, the Lincoln Foundation of Louisville, the Louisville Zoo, and the NC State University Libraries. He’s also an alumnus of Leadership Louisville and Leadership Charlotte.
Edwards is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill and holds a Master of Business Administration. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from NC State University.
