Ronald R. James served as President of the Americas for Joyson Safety Systems. At Joyson Safety Systems, James had responsibility for a $2 billion business across the U.S., Mexico and South America.
Prior to Joyson Safety Systems, James was Vice President – Hydraulic Brake Systems – North America for Continental. In this role, James was responsible for the overall strategic management of BU HBS North America including region P&L. Overseeing 3 manufacturing facilities in the USA & Mexico. Responsible for all Purchasing, R&D/Engineering, Quality, Project / Program Management, Finance, and Sales organizations in the region.
James has more than 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. His executive roles in automotive have ranged from sales and marketing leadership positions to executive roles leading entire divisions of multi-national conglomerates both here and abroad.
James holds a Doctor of Business focused in Sustainability & Sustainable Product Development from Lawrence Technological University.
