Donald Dennis is the Executive Vice President, Learning & Development and the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer of Huntington Bank.
Dennis leads, develops, and implements diversity, equity and inclusion, and professional development strategies, programs, policies, and metrics that successfully engage, develop, retain, and attract a diverse workforce. He is responsible for fostering inclusion, advocating for equity, and embedding a sense of belonging across the company.
Dennis joined Huntington in 2018 from Nation-wide Financial Services, where he served as AVP, Learning & Performance Excellence, Learning Solutions Director, and Enterprise Applications Director. He also held several technology management roles at Chase and BISYS Fund Services. Donald began his career with Accenture.
Dennis serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Ohio Food Collective and chairs the Columbus Community Kitchen, LLC; he also serves on the UNCF Columbus Leadership Council. Donald completed the Executive Program in Leadership at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English Literature from The College of Wooster.
