Dina L. Clark is Senior Vice President – Diversity & Inclusion for multi-billion construction leader Skanska USA Building.
In this role, Dina drives culture transformation across 3200+ employees. As part of this role, she is leading a dynamic team that is working to further Skanska’s commitment to D&I through action-orientated efforts that strengthen and deepen Skanska’s relationships with key customers and markets. This includes cultivating and sustaining an inclusive culture that supports people and communities.
Dina cultivates trust with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering alliances with corporations, non-profits, and government entities to drive inclusion efforts.
Dina has built a career in forming inclusive cultures focused on engagement and aligned with strategic business objectives. In executive roles with world-class, global leaders Skanska and Covestro, Dina has partnered with CEOs, COOs, and executive leaders to establish direction across the organization.
Dina holds a B.A. degree in Psychology & Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University; a MS degree, Global Leadership from Duquesne University and Doctor of Education, Leadership and Administration from Point Park University.
