A qualified financial expert, Diana S. Ferguson serves on the boards of Sally Beauty Holdings (SBH:NYSE) where she chairs the compensation committee, Mattel Inc. (MAT:NASDQ) where she chairs the audit committee, and Invacare Corporation (IVC:NYSE).
Before retiring in 2020, Ms. Ferguson served as Chief Financial Officer of Cleveland Avenue LLC, a privately-held venture capital fund which accelerates and strategically invests in innovative restaurant, food and beverage concepts and emerging brands. Ms. Ferguson continues to serve as Principal at Scarlett Investments LLC a business she founded in 2013 to invest in middle market businesses with a primary focus in consumer products. Previously, she held executive and financial management roles at several Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Ferguson is a Trustee of Groton School where she serves as Treasurer. She is also a member of The Chicago Network and The Economic Club of Chicago.
Ms. Ferguson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management.
