Desiree Ralls-Morrison is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Boston Scientific and a member of its Executive Committee. She is responsible for worldwide management of Global Legal and Compliance.
Before joining Boston Scientific, Ralls-Morrison was SVP, GC and Corporate Secretary, and Head of the Global Litigation, Government Affairs and Public Policy for Boehringer Ingelheim USA, Inc. She also spent nine years at Johnson & Johnson, most recently as GC for the Consumer Group, after progressing through roles of increasing responsibility. She was a senior attorney and assistant counsel at Merck & Co.
Ralls-Morrison served on the Boards for Danbury Hospital/New Milford Hospital, The Inner-City Foundation for Charity and Education, and the Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity.
The National Organization of Women recognized Ralls-Morrison as a 2015 Woman of Power and Influence. In 2017, she received the Top Blacks in Healthcare Award from BlackDoctor.Org. The Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association honored Ralls-Morrison with their 2018 Trailblazer Award.
Ralls-Morrison earned her J.D. at Harvard Law School and B.A. in Economics and Political Science at Wesleyan University.
