Denise R. Cade is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary or IDEX Corporation.
In this role, Cade leads all legal, regulatory and compliance matters at IDEX Corporation, best known for its expertise in highly engineered fluidics systems and components and in fi re and safety products, including the Jaws of Life® family of rescue and recovery tools.
Cade has over 25 years of experience advising senior management and boards of directors on legal, strategic and operational matters. Before joining IDEX in 2015, Cade was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for SunCoke Energy, Inc. and its controlled company, SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. Cade was a member of the SXCP Board of Directors.
Cade sits on the Georgetown Law Alumni Board and the Board of Trustees of the Chicago History Museum. She is also a member of The Executive Leadership Council, The Chicago Network, The Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Cade holds a B.A. from Marquette University and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
