Denise R. Cade is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IDEX Corporation, is a global fluidics leader serving high growth specialized markets. They are best known for its expertise in highly engineered fluidics systems and components, and in fire and safety products, including the Jaws of Life® rescue tools.
Denise serves on the Board of Directors of Teledyne Technologies Inc., sitting on the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. WomenInc. magazine recently named her to its 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors list.
Before IDEX, Denise served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of SunCoke Energy, Assistant General Counsel at PPG Industries, and a partner at Shaw Pittman LLP.
Denise sits on the Georgetown Law Board of Visitors, the Chicago History Museum board, the IDEX Foundation board and The Chicago Network board. She is a member of The Executive Leadership Council, The Executives’ Club of Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Denise earned a Bachelor of the Arts degree from Marquette University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
