Deneen L. Donnley is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for USAA – the financial services company dedicated to facilitating financial security for the military community. As a member of USAA’s 12-member Executive Council, Deneen is responsible for executing the association’s strategy, while leading all efforts to establish and maintain USAA’s governance framework.
Prior to joining USAA Bank as general counsel in 2010, Deneen served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for ING DIRECT USA. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Fellow, and she is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, the 2017 DirectWomen Board Institute, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the American Bar Association.
Deneen has extensive experience serving on corporate and non-profit boards and is an advocate for fostering financial security within the military community. She is passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and causes that support women and girls. She currently serves as a member of the Elizabeth Dole Foundation Board of Directors.
Deneen holds a J.D. from Fordham University Law School and a B.S. degree in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
