Debra A. Sandler is currently the Founder and CEO of Mavis Foods, LLC. Prior to Mavis, Sandler served as Chief Health and Well-being Officer at Mars, after serving as Chief Consumer Officer and President, Mars Chocolate North America.
Prior to joining Mars, Sandler spent 10 years with Johnson & Johnson in a variety of leadership roles including Worldwide President of McNeil Nutritionals, a division of Johnson & Johnson responsible for nutritional products including Splenda, Lactaid and Viactic.
Sandler is a member of the Board of Advisors for Pharmavite, LLC, a wholly owned subsidy of Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and serves as a trustee for her alma mater, Hofstra University.
Sandler holds an undergraduate degree in International Business from Hofstra University, a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and an Honorary PhD from the Long Island University School of Pharmacy.
