Dawn Jones is the Vice President of Social Impact and the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Intel Corporation.
In this role, Dawn leads Intel’s enterprise Diversity, Inclusion & Social Impact work, and has strategic oversight over the Environmental, Social & Governance work, and Intel’s philanthropic investments. Dawn’s leadership extends outside the U.S. where she oversees social risk mitigation and legislative/regulatory compliance on bodies of work such as pay equity and human rights.
Dawn consistently thinks outside the box to create solutions that drive improved company and industry outcomes. This is evident by her creation of the leading collective; the Alliance for Global Inclusion. This collective represents 14 companies, 1,100 global locations, 600K+ employees, and a market cap of $309B+, and exists to drive shared value and collective impact across the technology sector.
Dawn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Communications Management from Syracuse University.
