David Windley is President of IQTalent Partners, a professional services firm focused on talent acquisition.
Windley is a seasoned executive who has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources strategy arena with companies in the domestic and international markets.
Windley’s previous senior leadership positions include former Chief Human Resources Officer at Yahoo! and Fusion-io. Prior to those positions, Windley was Vice President of HR at Intuit Inc.
Previously, Windley served as HR executive supporting the Chief Operating Officer’s organization at Microsoft with responsibilities including leading the international Human Resources. Prior to that position, Windley worked for 10 years at Silicon Graphics, ending his tenure as Vice President of HR and co-leading the HR function. Earlier in his career, Windley worked in Human Resources management positions.
Windley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
