Darrell L. Ford serves as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for UPS.
In this role, Ford provides leadership to all the Company’s Human Resources functions and activities.
Prior to UPS, Ford was the Chief Human Resources Officer for DuPont.
Ford’s been focused on building successful company cultures for much of his career. During his time as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Xerox Corporation—the position he held immediately prior to his arrival at DowDupont—his top priority was shaping the Xerox culture.
Ford has recently been elected to the Board of Directors for the HR Policy Association, and serves as Director for BetterUp, a leadership development platform connecting coaching to sustainable behavior change.
Darrell holds a MBA degree from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Management; a Juris-Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law; and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
