Dani Monroe is the CEO of CenterFocus International, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies. Dani’s extensive expertise connects human capital change to business and social and environmental outcomes while impacting the corporations’ bottom line and community commitment.
Dani’s “C” Suite clients in her global consulting work have included: Cardinal Health, DocuSign, MetLife, Novartis, Pfizer, State Street, Vertex, Prudential, Experian, and the CIA.
Dani is the Founder of the Martha’s Vineyard Chief Diversity Officers Summit, the only gathering that addresses the leadership impact and renewal of CDOs. Her inaugural Summit convened 125 CDOs across the US, representing 1.6 million people.
In 2022, International Business Times acknowledged Dani as one of the “Top 10 Thought Leaders Inspiring Change.”
Dani held the inaugural Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer position for Mass General Brigham, the largest private employer in MA, with 85,000 employees across 16 institutions.
