Dana Bolden leads the Corporate Affairs function for Haleon, the soon-to-be spinoff of GSK’s Consumer Healthcare business. This will be his second launch of a publicly traded company.
Over the course of his 25-plus year career, Bolden has been on the front-lines of leading and executing large-scale business development and strategic transformation efforts at some of the most powerful brands in the world, including Philip Morris, The Coca-Cola Company and Corteva Agriscience. He divides his time between the United Kingdom and United States.
Bolden’s expertise in financial, internal, executive and CSR communications, coupled with his extensive global experience in leading crisis and CEO transition management, government relations, social media, litigation management and reputational research, have made him a strong counselor and strategic partner to C-suite executives around the world.
Bolden is accountable for all external, internal and brand communications globally and locally, corporate brand, corporate reporting and financial communication, digital and social media, government affairs and public policy, environmental and social sustainability engagement.
Bolden is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he serves on the Board of Trustees, chairing the university’s Trusteeship Committee.
