Curley M. Dossman, Jr. is the President of the Georgia-Pacific Foundation and is Chair Emeriti of the 100 Black Men of America.

As President of the Foundation, Dossman leads the organization’s charitable giving program, focusing on education, environment, enrichment, and entrepreneurship. He also oversees GP’s community affairs efforts including headquarters local government affairs.

In addition to these duties, Dossman serves as the organization-wide Diversity Advisor for Georgia-Pacific’s parent company, Koch Industries. In this capacity he counsels and challenges senior management and HR leaders on cultural issues and diversity, and also cultivates opportunities to share knowledge, diversity strategies, programs and experiences across Koch companies.

Dossman is involved with several non-profit organizations including: the Executive Leadership Council, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights,100 Black Men of America, the Atlanta Committee for Progress-Community and Government Affairs Advisory Council, Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Atlanta Rotary Club, the 100 Black Men of Atlanta and the Metro Atlanta YMCA Diversity & inclusion committee.

Dossman is a graduate of Morehouse College and Washington University School of Law.
