Crystal Peterson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Inclusion and Global Community Relations Officer for Brown-Forman, the largest American-owned spirits company and among the top 10 largest global spirits companies.

Peterson leads Brown-Forman’s progress and performance against its diversity and inclusion ambitions, ensuring it realizes the full value diversity creates for the company’s business, communities, employees, and partners.

Peterson oversees the company’s commitment to enriching its communities, especially in Brown-Forman’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

She serves as president of the Brown-Forman Foundation.

During her time at Brown-Forman, Peterson has held a variety of senior leadership roles within human resources, including within the global supply chain, marketing, and sales organizations.

Peterson serves on the board of directors for Metro United Way and the West End School in Louisville. She also serves on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committees for DISCUS, the national trade association for distilled spirits and the Kentucky Chamber Foundation.

Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Xavier University. She is a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional (CCDP).
