Craig Holden is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois. He is chair of the fi rm’s National Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice and Vice-Chair of the fi rm’s Government Relations Practice.
Holden’s practice includes a wide range of domestic and international commercial matters, with an emphasis on complex business transactions, intellectual property and unfair competition, data security and breach, investment and real estate transactions, and high-stake business and employment disputes.
Holden’s clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurs to professional athletes and entertainment companies. As vice-chair of the firm’s Government Relations Practice, he assists clients with legislative and regulatory matters before local, state and federal agencies, and he represents governmental entities and officials.
Holden is a leader in legal, business, and charitable organizations. He serves on a leadership council for the Rand Corporation, a non-partisan think-tank focused on cutting-edge issues relating to business regulation and civic justice. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal, and named Minority Power Broker by Law360 and Advocate of the Year by Public Counsel.
