Coretha M. Rushing is Chief Human Resources Officer for Equifax.
In this role, Rushing has global responsibilities for the Human Resources Center of excellence that includes Community Affairs, Human Resources
Operations, Talent Management and Total Rewards. Rushing is also a Trustee of the Equifax Foundation.
Prior to joining Equifax, she served in several senior human resources roles for The Coca-Cola Company (including Senior Vice President of Human
Resources) where she led all human resources functions for the global beverage company. After leaving The Coca-Cola Company in 2004, Rushing was an Executive Coach and Consultant with Atlanta-based Cameron Wesley LLC.
Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Rushing was Director, Human Resources for the Midwest division of Pizza Hut (a division of PepsiCo). Rushing also worked for IBM in several Human Resources Management positions.
Rushing began her career as a Recruiter and Corporate Training Specialist with R.H. Macy’s & Co. and Training Director for East River Savings and Loan.
Rushing holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from East Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Counseling
from George Washington University.
