Colette D. Honorable is the Executive Vice President of Public Policy and the Chief External Affairs officer for Exelon Corporation.
In this role, Honorable oversees federal and regulatory affairs, strategy and sustainability, customer engagement, marketing, communications, and corporate giving.
Before joining Exelon in September 2023, Honorable was a partner and member of the Executive Committee at global law firm Reed Smith LLP. She previously served as a Commissioner at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, nominated by President Barack Obama and unanimously confirmed by the United States Senate. She also previously served as chairman of the Arkansas Public Service Commission and is a past president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.
Honorable is active in several energy industry organizations, and she is an inaugural member of the William Jefferson Clinton School of Public Service Advisory Board, a senior fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center and a global advisory board member with the Energy Future Initiative. She is a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Honorable is a graduate of the University of Memphis and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.
