Chris Roberts is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Dairy Foods at Land O’Lakes, Inc., a $14 billion farmer-owned agri-business cooperative based in Arden Hills, Minnesota. In this role, he works with the Dairy Foods team to create an enterprise that delivers innovative, multi-generation focused and on-trend dairy products that feed human progress around the world.
Prior to this, Roberts was President of the North American Foodservice division for Cargill Inc. He was directly accountable for business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, the product portfolio, operations and finance. Before Cargill, Roberts served as Vice President of Retail Marketing for Coca Cola USA.
Roberts serves on the boards of Young Life International and the Women’s Foodservice Forum.
Roberts earned a Bachelor’s in Economics from The University of Illinois and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University with concentrations in Marketing, Finance and Management Strategy.
