Chanel Frazier is BlackRock’s Global Head of Business Strategy for the Portfolio Management Group (PMG) and Head of the Atlanta Innovation Hub. She is a member of BlackRock’s Global Operating and Human Capital committees.
As Head of Business Strategy for PMG, Frazier designs strategic solutions for one of BlackRock’s largest investment teams, representing $4.9TN in assets under management (AUM), $10.5BN in gross revenue in FY2021.
As Head of the Atlanta iHub, Frazier’s priorities are leading one of BlackRock’s newest growth businesses, attracting Atlanta’s most skilled and diverse talent, and expanding commercial opportunities.
Frazier has nearly 20 years of asset management experience, beginning her career as a corporate tax attorney.
Frazier serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a member of the Woodruff Arts Center Board of Directors in Atlanta and the Agnes Scott College Board of Visitors.
Frazier earned her A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College, her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, and her Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
