Camille Chang Gilmore is Vice President of Human Resources, Interventional Cardiology (IC) business & Global Chief Diversity Officer at Boston Scientific.
In this role, Chang Gilmore oversees HR strategies and programs for the company’s $2.2 billion (operational sales) IC business, while leading the development and execution of global diversity strategy and initiatives. She is also a member of the company’s global HR Leadership Team.
Diversity is a core value and a top priority for Boston Scientific. As Chief Diversity Officer, Chang Gilmore drives diversity and inclusion strategies and programs across the organization that recognize and value the unique talents, attributes and contributions of all Boston Scientific employees.
Previously, Chang Gilmore held roles of increasing responsibility in HR at Federal Express, Exxon Chemical Company, University of Illinois, IBM and the State of Oregon. She joined Boston Scientific in 2004 as an HR Manager supporting Cardiac Rhythm Management’s (CRM) Southeast U.S. Sales Operation; a year later, she was promoted to HR Director.
Chang Gilmore holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and also an Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
