Cain Hayes is Chief Executive Officer of Point32Health, a $9-billion organization that includes Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Serving 2.2 million members across five states, Point32Health is one of New England’s largest non-profit health and well-being organizations.
Hayes is responsible for leading the company’s executive team, ensuring a strong culture of quality, innovation and customer service, and defining strategic vision and direction. He is active and visible in supporting community initiatives to further Point32Health’s mission and purpose. Prior to Point32Health, Hayes was President & Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Health. Hayes led the strategy and day-to-day operations of one of the nation’s leading managed care organizations.
Hayes serves on the board of directors of Drake University and the Association for Community Affiliated Health Plans (ACAP).
Hayes holds a B.S. in Business Administration degree from Drake University and a MBA Administration degree from Webster University.
